These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "You") and Evrinexia ("we", "us", or "our") each time you access or use our website, or place an order for any of our products.

This agreement comes into effect from the moment you visit our website, add a product to your cart, or complete a purchase — whichever occurs first. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, registered account holders, and paying customers.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website or placement of new orders after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Evrinexia takes great care in presenting our products accurately and honestly on our website. However, please note the following important points regarding product representation:

All product images displayed on our website are for representational purposes only. While we strive to capture our pearl jewellery as faithfully as possible, slight differences in colour, shade, or appearance may occur due to photography lighting, monitor calibration, screen resolution, and display settings. These differences do not constitute a defect or a misrepresentation.

Our products feature natural or cultured pearls, which are organic gemstones. Each pearl is unique by nature and may exhibit minor variations in:

• Colour — Pearl hues may vary slightly from piece to piece due to their organic origin.
• Shape — Perfectly round pearls are rare; minor asymmetry is natural and expected.
• Lustre & Surface — Natural surface characteristics such as minor spots or slight texture variations are inherent to genuine pearls.
• Size — Pearls are measured within an accepted tolerance range and may vary slightly from stated dimensions.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, modify product descriptions, or update pricing at any time without prior notice. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and process a full refund.

04  ·  Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Evrinexia reserves the right to update, revise, or correct pricing at any time and without prior notice. Price changes will not apply to orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

We accept all major payment methods available on our platform, including UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, mobile wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable). All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. Evrinexia does not store your card or banking credentials.

In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel such orders and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

05  ·  Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of a formal order confirmation from Evrinexia via email or SMS. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Stock Unavailability — The product ordered is no longer in stock at the time of processing.
• Pricing or Listing Error — The product was listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error.
• Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity — The order shows signs of fraudulent intent, multiple suspicious orders, or policy abuse.
• Incomplete or Incorrect Information — Payment failure, unverifiable address, or incomplete customer details.
• Operational Reasons — Courier non-serviceability in the delivery area or other logistical constraints.

If Evrinexia cancels your order after payment has been received, a full refund of the amount paid (including any shipping charges collected) will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

You may request a cancellation only before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a pre-dispatch cancellation, please contact us immediately at evrinexia@gmail.com with your Order ID. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee cancellation if packing has already commenced.

06  ·  Shipping & Delivery

Evrinexia ships across India through trusted third-party courier partners. Full details of our shipping process are available in our dedicated Shipping Policy page. The key points are summarised below:

• Delivery Timelines are Estimates — Estimated delivery windows are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, courier capacity, and external factors.
• Courier Partner Selection — We assign courier partners based on serviceability, delivery performance, and availability for your pin code at the time of dispatch.
• Logistics Liability — Evrinexia is not liable for delays, failed delivery attempts, or losses caused by courier companies once your order has been dispatched. We will, however, assist you in following up with the courier partner where possible.
• Address Accuracy — You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delivery failures arising from incorrect address information provided by you.
• Fragile Handling — All our pearl jewellery kits are packed with care to withstand transit. However, despite our best efforts, damage can occasionally occur during shipping — which is addressed through our Return & Refund Policy.

07  ·  Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund process is governed by our dedicated Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read together with this document.

• Returns are accepted only for transit damage, manufacturing defects, or wrong product delivered.
• Change of mind, personal preference, dislike, or ordering by mistake are not valid reasons for return.
• Replacement will always be offered first. A monetary refund is issued only if a replacement is unavailable.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval, to the original payment method only.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

All content published on the Evrinexia website is the exclusive intellectual property of Evrinexia and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Brand Identity — The Evrinexia name, logo, wordmark, and all associated brand elements.
• Visual Content — Product photography, lifestyle imagery, banners, graphic designs, and all other visual assets.
• Written Content — Product descriptions, blog posts, policy documents, and all website copy.
• Digital Assets — Website design, layout, code, and user interface elements.

No part of our website content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, published, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999.

Evrinexia strives to provide an exceptional product and shopping experience. However, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, we wish to make the following limitations clear:

• No Indirect Liability — Evrinexia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services — including loss of goodwill, emotional distress, or loss of business opportunity.
• Maximum Liability Cap — Our total liability to you, in any circumstances, shall not exceed the value of the specific order in dispute. This cap applies regardless of the nature of the claim.
• Third-Party Services — We are not liable for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers including payment gateways, courier partners, or analytics platforms.
• Force Majeure — We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power failures, or internet disruptions.
• Website Availability — We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website and are not liable for any loss caused by temporary unavailability or technical issues.

Evrinexia is committed to maintaining the integrity of our platform for the benefit of all genuine customers. We reserve the right to take the following actions where fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest behaviour is identified:

• Order Cancellation — We may cancel any order associated with suspected fraudulent intent, misrepresentation, or policy abuse without prior notice.
• Claim Rejection — Return or refund claims found to be fabricated, staged, or supported by manipulated evidence will be rejected. Evrinexia reviews all submissions carefully.
• Account Restriction — We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently block access to our website or services for users found to have violated these Terms.
• Refusal of Future Service — Customers who engage in repeated policy abuse, submit false claims, or direct abusive or threatening behaviour toward our team may be declined service on future orders.
• Legal Action — In cases involving fraud, chargeback abuse, or significant financial harm to Evrinexia, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies under applicable Indian law.
