Every Evrinexia order is carefully reviewed, quality-checked, and packed before dispatch. Please allow the following processing time before your order is handed over to our courier partner:

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are processed the next business day.
An order confirmation is sent immediately upon successful payment. Processing begins from this point.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. Your total wait time will be the processing period plus the estimated delivery timeline for your location.

Dispatch Notification
As soon as your order is handed to our courier partner, a dispatch confirmation is sent to your registered email address and mobile number via SMS.
Tracking Number Shared
Your unique tracking number and the courier partner's name will be included in the dispatch notification. Use this number on the courier's website or app to track your order in real time.
Live Status Updates
You may receive further delivery updates from the courier partner directly on your registered mobile number, including out-for-delivery and delivery confirmation alerts.

If your tracking number is not showing movement for more than 3 business days after dispatch, please write to us at evrinexia@gmail.com and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
05 ยท Service Coverage
PAN India Shipping Available
Evrinexia delivers to all major cities, towns, and pin codes across India. Remote locations and certain areas with limited courier serviceability may require additional delivery time or may be subject to courier availability at the time of dispatch.

- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities โ Standard delivery available to most pin codes.
- Remote & Rural Areas โ Delivery available but may take additional time depending on the courier's network in your area.
- J&K, Northeast & Island Regions โ Delivery is available but extended timelines may apply. Courier availability is subject to serviceability at the time of order.
If your pin code is not serviceable at the time of ordering, you will be notified at checkout. In such cases, we recommend reaching out to us directly and we will explore alternative options wherever possible.
06 ยท Important Notes
Address AccuracyPlease ensure that your shipping address โ including flat or house number, street name, landmark, city, state, and pin code โ is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Incomplete or incorrect address details may result in delivery delays, failed deliveries, or return of the shipment. Evrinexia is not responsible for non-delivery arising from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the provided address. If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or unresponsive, the courier may attempt re-delivery as per their policy. If the shipment is returned to us after multiple failed attempts, re-dispatch will be arranged upon confirmation and, where applicable, an additional shipping charge may apply.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address to accept the package and make payment. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries without valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD orders from your account. Evrinexia reserves this right to protect the integrity of our fulfilment process.
Courier Partners & Liability
Evrinexia ships through trusted and reputed third-party courier partners. The selection of courier partner for each order is based on serviceability, delivery performance, and pin code availability. While we take every measure to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time, Evrinexia is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier company once the order has been dispatched. We will, however, assist you in raising a concern with the courier where possible.
Delays During Peak Seasons
During festive seasons, sale periods, or times of high order volume โ including Diwali, Dhanteras, Valentine's Day, and other gifting occasions โ shipping and processing timelines may be slightly extended across all courier networks in India. We appreciate your patience during such periods and recommend placing your order in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Force Majeure
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control โ including but not limited to natural calamities, extreme weather conditions, national emergencies, public strikes, or courier operational disruptions โ will not be held against Evrinexia. We will communicate any significant delays as promptly as possible.
