By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Website content is general information and is not an offer that creates a client engagement.

Project agreements

A project begins only after the parties agree a written scope, fees, schedule, responsibilities, and applicable payment terms. A signed proposal or service agreement governs the project. If that agreement conflicts with general website information, the specific written agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.

Scope and client responsibilities

Deliverables, revision rounds, integrations, content responsibilities, approval steps, and support are defined in the project agreement. Clients are responsible for having the rights to supplied materials, providing accurate information, securing necessary permissions, and giving access and feedback as agreed. Changes outside the approved scope may affect fees and delivery dates.

Fees and third-party services

Project pricing is provided by proposal. Taxes, Shopify subscriptions, domains, third-party themes, apps, fonts, stock assets, and other external services are included only when expressly stated. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, availability, and billing.

Intellectual property

Rights in custom deliverables, source files, and project materials are set out in the project agreement, including any conditions tied to payment. Pre-existing tools, reusable code, open-source components, and third-party assets remain subject to their respective ownership and licence terms. Website copy, branding, and original concept work may not be misrepresented as your own.

Concept work and results

Featured self-initiated concepts are illustrations of design direction, not representations of completed client commissions or measured business performance. No particular revenue, conversion rate, search ranking, or commercial result is guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the website, scrape personal information, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful or infringing material. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use where appropriate.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but errors or interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Project warranties, remedies, liability limits, and governing law are addressed in the applicable written agreement. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights continue to apply.
