EVRINEXIA / INFORMATION
Cancellations & refunds
Clear expectations. Considered relationships.
Before a project starts
Submitting an inquiry creates no payment obligation. Fees, deposits, milestones, and cancellation terms are agreed in the written project proposal before work begins. Review that proposal carefully before accepting it or paying.
Requesting a cancellation
If you need to pause or cancel a project, contact Evrinexia through your project communication channel or the website inquiry form. Include your project reference and the requested change. We will review the stage of work and the applicable agreement.
Work already performed
Any cancellation settlement is based on the signed agreement and applicable law. It may take account of work already completed, approved deliverables, and authorised non-recoverable third-party costs. A deposit is not automatically described as non-refundable by this website policy.
Refund review
If a refund is due under the project agreement or applicable law, the amount, method, and expected processing time will be communicated after review. Payment providers may require additional processing time. No fixed refund window or universal refund entitlement is created by this general policy.
Scope changes and delays
Requests to change the brief, missed approvals, unavailable content, or third-party delays may require a revised scope or schedule. Pausing work and cancelling work are different actions and should be agreed in writing.
Issues with a deliverable
If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, describe the issue promptly using the project communication channel. The applicable agreement governs review, corrections, and remedies, subject to any mandatory rights.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes non-waivable rights under applicable consumer or other law. Where statutory rights conflict with a project term, the applicable law prevails.
